Changes of registration type can be accepted under the conditions of the cancellations and changes policy.
The registration fees are all-inclusive and can not be separated into specific services.
Presenters of all types of presentation, including onsite oral/poster presentation and on-demand presentation, and non-presenting onsite participants should select this option. Registrants of this option can attend the conference in both ways of onsite and online. When registrants participate in the conference online, no refund will be made for non-attendance at the lunches, welcome reception, banquet, and networking drinks.
This fee includes lunches, attendance at the welcome reception, banquet, and networking drinks, as well as access to the conference scientific program.
High-income economies fees are applied to participants if the countries of their affiliations or contact addresses are classified in the high-income group by the World Bank (https://datahelpdesk.worldbank.org/knowledgebase/articles/906519-world-bank-country-and-lending-groups).
This fee includes lunches, attendance at the welcome reception, and networking drinks, as well as access to the conference scientific program.
NOTICE: This fee does not include banquet.
This option is for participants joining only one day of the conference. No presenter is able to select this option. The fee includes lunch and access to the scientific program for the selected day (NOT include the welcome reception, banquet, and networking drinks).
This fee includes attendance to the welcome reception, banquet, and networking drinks. Accompanying persons do not have any access to the conference scientific program.
This option is for special invited participants of the Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsors with discount registration fee.
This option is only for non-presenting participants joining the conference only online. No presenter is able to select this option. If registrants wish to change their participation from online to onsite, the registration can be transferred to the one for onsite participation by paying the difference of the fees between onsite and online in the same category.
This fee includes access to the conference scientific program (NOT include the lunch, welcome reception, banquet, and networking drinks).

Cancellation and changes policy

The EcoBalance 2022 secretariat must be informed of all cancellations and changes via an e-mail.

If proper notification regarding cancellations is received by the following due dates, the specified proportion of the total registration fee will be refunded.
On or before August 29, 2022: 70% of the total registration fee

On or before September 16, 2022: 50% of the total registration fee

If proper notification regarding changes is received by the above due dates, the partial amount of the total registration fee will be refunded according to the above conditions and registrants need to process a new registration in the registration system. For any subsequent new registration, the fee at the time of the new registration will be applied.
No refund will be made for cancellations and changes made after September 17, 2022.
No refund will be made for non-attendance at the lunch, welcome reception, banquet, and networking drinks.
As of July 1, 2022, subject to change according to the COVID-19 situation and other difficulties, if registrants for onsite participation cannot enter Japan to attend the conference due to the restrictions of border control of Japan or registrants’ countries, the registration can be transferred to online participation. If proper notification regarding changes is received by November 2, 2022, 70% of the difference between onsite and online participation fees for the same participation type will be refunded.

All refunds will be made after the conference.
